Congratulations to Wilorda Frenel for her incredible recent performances! 

At the Suffolk County Championships, she broke her own school record in the 200 meters with a blazing 24.96. 

She also broke the longest-standing Islip Girls Track and Field record from 1978 in the long jump by 1.5 inches with a jump of 18’1. 

She now owns five school records and topped off the day by finishing first in the 400m, 200m, and 4x400 relay, while also taking 3rd in the long jump.
