Superintendent’s Message
We have been busy over the summer months in preparation for the beginning of a new school year, knowing we will soon be welcoming all of our students, families, faculty, and staff back to our school buildings. We are filled with excitment and optimism for the 2026-2027 school year, and we look forwrd to all that lies ahead.
This summer has once again been a season of growth across our District. Our Extended School Year Program, Work-Based Learning initiatives, Summer Enrichment offernings, and Bucs sports camps have provided valuable learning opportunities and meaningful experiences for our students. We are proud of the dedication shown by our staff and the enthusiasm of our students throughout these programs, and we are grateful for everything they accomplished together over these summer months.
Congratulations once again to the Class of 2026 on their academic and athletic accomplishments. I commend them for their outstanding musical and theatrical performances, as well as creative art shows. As they get ready to move into the next phase of their lives, we wish them much happiness and success in all their endeavors.
We are also preparing to welcome back our dedicated faculty and staff, including familiar faces in new positions and those new to our school district. Their energy and passion will continue to support a strong start to the year and a supportive environment for our students.
As always, the safety and well-being of our students, faculty, and staff remain our highest priority. We remain committed to fostering a positive, inclusive environment while continuously working toward improved outcomes for all students.
As the summer progresses, we will be in touch with information and updates. I am looking forward to a successful and inspiring school year ahead!
Sincerely,
Dennis P. O’Hara, Ed.D.
