The Islip Hall of Fame Committee invites community members and alumni to submit nomination forms for consideration for inclusion in the 2025-2026 inductee class. The Committee considers submissions made for nominees in the following areas: Academic/Career; Athletic Achievement; Cultural/Performing Arts; Major Contribution to Islip Schools; or Special Honorary Achievement.
